Dr. Roger W. Story

I am the owner of Companion Animal Hospital. My undergraduate studies focused upon three core disciplines - biology, chemistry, and physics. I then pursued a veterinary degree and graduated from Auburn University's Veterinary Medical School. I have extensive training and experience in emergency medicine and surgery, including in-depth orthopedic procedures. I also specialize in ultrasound diagnostics and dental services.

I am a member of the following professional organizations: American Veterinary Medical Association, Alpha Psi, Tennessee Veterinary Medical Association, Better Business Bureau, and the National Federation of Independent Businesses.

My wife, Kasee, and I will be celebrating 17 years of marriage this year in March. We are also expecting the arrival of our baby boy then! We enjoy hiking in the rolling hills of TN, and we especially enjoy being in the boat on one of the nearby lakes with our pups, Chloe and Rascal. We're hoping that our son will be just as entertained as we are by the dogs "yapping" in excitement the whole way to the lake. Our cat, Gabby, prefers to stay at home, keeping watch over the wildlife and showing great interest in plotting mischief without the help of her rambunctious canine pals.
