Appointment Policy
To allow ample time for all patients and scheduled surgical procedures, we operate primarily by appointment. Emergency cases will always receive top priority, which is why occasional appointment delay is inevitable. Please know that we make a sincere attempt to see each client on time.
For your convenience, drop-off appointments are available. A "drop off" means that you can bring your pet to the hospital at the time that works best for you and leave him or her with us for a couple of hours. Usually we will ask that you drop off your pet sometime in the morning so that the doctor can examine the patient in between appointments or at the time purposely reserved for admitted patients. Once the doctor has completed the examination of your pet, you will receive a call to go over the diagnosis and treatment, as well as any discharge instructions.
General Safety & Boarding
We provide boarding services for the convenience of our clients. And for the safety of all animals in our care, we require that all vaccinations be up to date. Our staff can help you identify the vaccination record by quickly reviewing your pet's medical file. Please know that if you are new to our hospital and wish to retrieve your pet's medical history and file from another facility, we can assist you by requesting that the record be faxed to our office.
Patient Arrival Policy
Even though we make every effort to make our patients feel comfortable during visits, they may be a little uneasy about new people, new surroundings, and other pets. This is why we kindly ask you to restrain your pet. For your protection, and that of others, all dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while in the waiting area or exam rooms. All cats must be presented in an appropriate cat carrier or on a leash.
Payment Policy
We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, cash, and personal checks.
